In this section it’s important to decide whether you’re right for us and, more importantly, whether we’re right for you.
In all our graduates we look for a commitment to diversity, the ability to work with others, confidence and resilience, as well as an openness to change. Ideally, you’ll have gained community awareness and some leadership experience. More specifically, you’ll need a degree, a full manual driving licence and must have right to work in the UK.
